We offer delivery across Metro Vancouver. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our Vancouver West location at Granville & W 64th Ave.
Zone 1: Nearby – Vancouver West
Kerrisdale, Marpole, South Granville, Oakridge, UBC
Delivery fee: $15 – $18
Zone 2: Vancouver / Richmond / Burnaby
Downtown Vancouver, East Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby
Delivery fee: $20 – $24
Zone 3: Extended Areas
North Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam
Delivery fee: $25 – $30
Zone 4: Farther Areas
Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Langley, Tsawwassen
Delivery fee: $32 – $40
Final delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on distance.
Free Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery on orders over $150 before tax.
Valid within Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby, including Zone 1 and Zone 2.
For other areas, a reduced delivery fee may apply.
Delivery Time Windows
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders will arrive within the selected time window.
Same-Day Delivery
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM
Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available day.
Delivery Attempts
Our driver will wait up to 10 minutes upon arrival and will attempt to contact the recipient by phone or buzzer.
If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a secure location, such as a concierge desk or lobby, or returned if no safe location is available.
Re-delivery
A re-delivery fee will apply if:
- The address provided is incorrect.
- The recipient is unavailable.
- Building access cannot be obtained.
Pickup Option: Richmond
We offer a convenient pickup option at:
Blenz Coffee – Richmond Centre
Pickup is free of charge. Pickup time will be arranged after order confirmation. Please arrive on time, as all arrangements are made fresh.
